Domaine Lafran-Veyrolles, a fully organic estate in Bandol, is renowned for its quality and authenticity under Jean-Marie Castell’s guidance. Situated in the hills of La Cadière-d’Azur, the vineyard’s red clay soils and cooling sea breezes enhance the wine’s complexity. This rosé, crafted using a blend of the saignée method and gentle pressing, undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation and a six-month cuvée ageing, achieving its signature structure and depth.
